Is there a way to search for video content that is available for free (unlicensed) use through creative commons licenses? I looked the "Advanced Search" function but can't make sense of the tags well enough to tell whether one of them will limit a search by content that is creative commons or public domain.

I knew the way to do it a couple years ago and will add a pointer if I can dig that info back out of my old posts.

An advance caution, though: Numerous uploaders to the Open and Ourmedia content areas either randomly, accidentally or deliberately mark items with incorrect licensing information. So, use common sense if you see say, a Britney Spears video tucked away here with a public domain license. :P
